Job Title: Aviation Maintenance Director

<span style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Times New Roman', 'serif'; FONT-SIZE: 10pt; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">This position is in a desirable location in West Africa, with good facilities and security environment. The individual selected will provide operator and organizational level aircraft maintenance training and currency certification for<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp; </span>mechnics and allied trades personnel already trained in the field but not in these specfic aircraft. This individual will assist the host nation in developing civil use rotary wing maintenance procedures, personnel professional developoment programs, and safety standrads. The position is expected to lead to development of additional training and maintenance and parts management programs. Supervison of a small number of additional employees may also become a part of this position over a period of months. <br><br><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Times New Roman', 'serif'; FONT-SIZE: 10pt; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA">A &amp; P c<span style="mso-no-proof: yes">ertified (military or civilian) helicopter maintenance supervisor, <span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp;</span>with at least 5 years of maintenance hands on and supervisory experience. Spanish language fluency at least at the 3/3 level. Maintenance experience in 1 or more of the following helicopters: OH-58C/Bell206L, OH-58D/Bell 407, UH-1/UH-1N/Bell 412. Willing to post to overseas assignment for at least 1 year. Desirable factors include recent experience in maintaining<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp; </span>aircraft, additional ratings in allied skills, such as pneudraulics, avionics/electronics, drive trains, depot level maintenance, QC/QA, experience as a training developer, and Spanish language capabilites beyond the minimums established for this position. Willing to consider maintenance personnel and maintenance test pilots for this position. </span></span></span></span>
