Description:<P style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt" class=MsoNormal><span size=3 style="font-family: Times New Roman;">COINSOC provides advanced education that facilitates graduate-level discussion for Division Command Group, Brigade Combat Team or Regiment, battalion and company-level leaders of Coalition units and brigade and battalion-level leaders of Transition Teams (MiTT/NPTT/PTT/BTT) and various Iraqi government personnel with a fundamental understanding of COIN and Stability Operations principles and imperatives, lessons learned, TTPs and Best Practices required to execute full-spectrum, operations in the Iraqi Theater of Operations.</span></P>

<P style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt" class=MsoNormal><font size=3><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">Provide advanced–level, graduate school quality consultation and educational support to COINSOC in Baghdad, Iraq.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span><span style="mso-bidi-font-weight: bold">Serve as consultant and educator performing tasks as consultant/ educators-mentor to Advisory and Assistance Brigade (AAB) leader groups and Interagency, Provincial Reconstruction Team and Civil Affairs personnel.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>Educator/practitioner shall be capable of conducting large group seminar presentations and/or smaller graduate-level seminars for Advisory and Assistance Brigade leadership and senior interagency personnel. <o:p></o:p></span></span></font></P>

<H4 style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; mso-list: none"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; font-weight: normal; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;"><o:p></o:p></span></span> </H4><strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal"><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Times New Roman', 'serif'; FONT-SIZE: 12pt; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">Retired Colonel/O6 or equivalent level experienced personnel (as determined by the TOR after consulting with the Commandant, COINSOC) and MEL 1 (War College graduate) or equivalent (as determined by TOR after consulting with the COINSOC Commandant) as a minimum, and have served within the last three years as an Interagency Chief of a Political Section or officer, PRT leader or deputy, or equivalent working for NSC, DOS, USAID, DOD, Treasury Dept, DOJ, Dept of Agriculture, DIA, MCIA, CIA, FBI, DHS in the US Government with preference to those who have served in Iraq and/or Afghanistan theater of Operations within the last three years. Must possess a valid Master's degree from an accredited university and graduate program. Must be capable of developing and producing seminar materials and POIs.</span></span></strong>
