<P><span style="LINE-HEIGHT: 115%; FONT-FAMILY: 'Arial', 'sans-serif'; FONT-SIZE: 12pt; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA">Provide management, and expert knowledge to support the <span style="mso-bidi-font-weight: bold">programming, planning, preparation, execution and assessment </span>of NATO training and exercises. The Contractor will work in close coordination primarily with the Force Readiness Division (FOR RER, formerly called J7 Exercises Division) located at SHAPE (Casteau, Belgium).<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp; </span>Personnel shall possess relevant knowledge of NATO Operational Planning Architecture as laid down in MC 133/3 or in the replacing MC document (MC 133/4), and be proficient in the Operational Planning Process (OPP) as established in the current Bi-SCs’ Guidelines for Operational Planning (GOP, that should be replaced by the Comprehensive Operation Planning Directive tentatively to be approved during Summer 2010)/Functional Planning Guides (FPGs). Basic knowledge of NATO Publications is also required.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp; </span>Personnel shall be familiar with the NATO Exercise Planning Process and have experience in designing and supporting training and exercise events, including identification and processing of lessons learned.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp; </span>Further, contractor personnel must possess working knowledge of NATO staff military operational and training tools (e.g. NATO Tasks List, development and use of Mission Essential Task List - METL, NATO Exercise Planning Process).<br><br><span style="LINE-HEIGHT: 115%; FONT-FAMILY: 'Arial', 'sans-serif'; FONT-SIZE: 12pt; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA">Former O-5 or above.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp; </span>A minimum of six (6) years operational experience in military movements and transportation organisations and three (3) years experience in strategic and operational level movements planning and control. A minimum of three (3) years experience providing technical support of NATO military training and exercises in the area of strategic and operational movements.<span style="mso-tab-count: 1"> </span>Having supervised three to eight persons. Exercise experience in the area of strategic and operational movements.&nbsp; Instructor experience in formal National and NATO deployment planning courses.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp; </span>A Bachelor's Degree in Transport Administration, Physical Distribution Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Be proficient in strategic deployments and operational movements. Knowledge of NATO Reception, Staging and Onward Movement doctrine. Able to provide full deployment analysis and movement planning in support of training/exercises.</span></span></P>
