MEDPROTECT LLC (MEDPROTECT), a wholly owned subsidiary of SAIC, will provide enrollment, marketing and education services to military communities around the world. The MEDPROTECT TRICARE Overseas Program (TOP) enrollment program includes Asia-Pacific, Eurasia/Africa, and Latin America and Canada (TLAC).

MEDPROTECT is currently seeking a qualified Global TRICARE Service Center (GTSC) Beneficiary Service Representative for the Standard Day Work shift from 8 AM-4 PM in our Philadelphia Call Center location.

Reports to the TRICARE Overseas Program (TOP) MEDPROTECT Regional Lead. Specific responsibilities include:
• Processing registration of TRICARE beneficiary within the Composite Health Care System (CHCS).
• Process enrollment/disenrollment and portability using the Defense Online Enrollment System (DOES).
• Maintain electronic system/paper files and data integrity.
• Process and corrects enrollment discrepancies between CHCS and DOES
• Assigns primary care managers (PCM) to TRICARE Beneficiary as appropriate.
• Verifies eligibility information for remote beneficiaries.
• Researches and interprets benefits, policies and procedures to military staff, remote site Points of Contact (POCs), and beneficiaries using TRICARE Policy Manuals as well as other resources.
• Provide customer support to the Military Treatment Facility (MTF) Commander and or the TRICARE Area Office staff as directed by the Regional Lead, Deputy Program Manager or Program Manager.
• Provide phone coverage and assistance for walk-in enrollment traffic within the TRICARE Service Center.
• Must be available to work some evening and/or weekend hours if assigned.
• Participate in off-site briefings, such as enrollment briefings, fairs, or other functions if directed by the Regional Lead.
• Providing education and enrollment information to beneficiaries.
• Availability to the phones, walk in traffic, and faxed enrollment forms are top priorities. Must be able to determine the appropriate assistance levels and when call forwarding or other referrals are needed to address the beneficiary’s question.
• Obtain required training and maintain system accounts as appropriate.


REQUIRED EDUCATION/SKILLS:
High school education or GED. Advanced Degree preferred. Three years cumulative experience in the following areas: -Two years experience in U.S. military healthcare delivery system or civilian managed care medical/administrative environment - Two years experience in a medical or clinical environment - One year experience with the CHCS or other Civilian Healthcare Computer System and in processing medical claims.


DESIRED SKILLS:
Multilingual ability preferred, must be proficient in written and verbal communications. Ability to respond tactfully with people. Must be able to work independently and under general supervision. Must have excellent organizational, attention to detail and time management skills. Must be able to multi-task. Knowledge of TRICARE Overseas Programs, DEERS, CHCS, Web GIQD.

Must be eligible and maintain ADP2/IT2 Clearance.
