The Army Enterprise Initiative is tasked with assessing and analyzing the current decision making and operational systems involved in generating Trained and Ready Forces for Combatant Commanders and then developing a more efficient and effective enterprise approach to Army Force Generation. One Senior Military Analyst will be assigned to work TRADOC. The Senior Military Analyst will be required to fully understand the organization, mission, and operational systems and requirements of the command with which they are working and represent the command's interests and objectives in the planning, analysis, and development of the Army Enterprise Initiative. The Senior Military Analyst will be a recognized and respected functional expert in the TRADOC. The Senior Military Analyst will work for the Director of the Army Enterprise Task Force in the Hampton/Norfolk, Virginia metropolitan area. The Army Enterprise Task Force Director will be a Lieutenant General reporting to the Chief of Staff of the Army.<br><br>A candidate for the TRADOC Senior Military Analyst&nbsp; position should have a minimum of twenty years service in the military&nbsp; with: six years experience having been a staff officer at a corps level headquarters or above; four years experience working with or in the TRADOC; three years having worked in the Force Development/Force&nbsp; Management Field would be a plus. Candidates should hold a Masters Degree and be a graduate of the Army Command and General Staff&nbsp; College. Desired Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
