Job Title: Systems Engineering Manager

<TABLE cellSpacing=2 cellPadding=0 width="100%" border=0> <TBODY> <TR> <TD class="iCIMS_InfoMsg iCIMS_InfoMsg_Job"> <P style="MARGIN: 0px">As Systems Engineering Manager you will be responsible for:&nbsp;</P> <ul> <li>Managing a group of 5 or more Systems Engineers. <li>Analyzing customer, project and marketing requirements, and monitoring requirements handling by all programs. <li>Preparing high level requirements specifications and then assigning these to SE staff for detailed requirements generation and allocation. <li>Guiding top-level system designs and trade-off studies. <li>Reviewing modeling and analysis of performance requirements &amp; design solutions.&nbsp; <li>Providing technical and cost inputs for proposals and marketing initiatives. <li>Assigning SE staff to meet the demands of multiple technical programs and proposals <li>Planning for overall program SE needs.&nbsp; <li>Providing guidance and training to SE staff for proper engineering process, including writing Performance Reviews, facilitating skills development, and reviewing SE work products. <li>Insure coordination between Systems Engineering with other departments that provide algorithm, software, and hardware development.&nbsp; <li>Write system descriptions in whitepapers and proposal technical volumes. <li>Generate briefing materials to describe current and proposed products. </li></ul><P style="MARGIN: 0px">&nbsp;</P> <P style="MARGIN: 0px">The selected candidate will interface with customers, other contractors and internal support groups to successfully meet the goals of the department and the company.</P> <P style="MARGIN: 0px">&nbsp;</P> <P style="MARGIN: 0px">You will report to the Argon ST/Radix&nbsp;Manager of Programs.</P><br><br></TD></TR> <TR> <TD class="iCIMS_InfoField iCIMS_InfoField_Job"><STRONG>Basic Requirements</STRONG>:</TD></TR> <TR> <TD class="iCIMS_InfoMsg iCIMS_InfoMsg_Job"> <ul> <li>US citizenship is required for purposes of obtaining/maintaining a US government security clearance. A TS-SCI clearance is required for this position. <li>BS in Engineering required. MSEE preferred. <li>Minimum 8 years experience in System Engineering in COMINT, GPS, or ELINT systems; Reconnaissance background preferred. <li>Experience with full systems engineering lifecycle (from proposal development to system delivery).</li></ul><br><br></TD></TR> <TR> <TD class="iCIMS_InfoField iCIMS_InfoField_Job"><STRONG>Other Requirements</STRONG>:</TD></TR> <TR> <TD class="iCIMS_InfoMsg iCIMS_InfoMsg_Job"> <ul> <li>Experience with engineering group management.&nbsp; <li>Familiarity with engineering process and program scheduling, including CMMI procedures. <li>Familiarity with cost estimation system and software design is preferred. <li>Knowledge of COMINT signal processing is a plus.</li></ul></TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>
