Installs workstation hardware and peripheral components. Operating systems may include UNIX, NT, SQL, Sun, Windows, etc. Loads and verifies correct operation of the operating systems and the various subcomponents (login/domain accounts, file access rights, establishing DNS and email servers and developing various software scripts to enhance productivity); backs up systems.
