Description:OverviewJob Duties and Responsibilities Selected candidate will be responsible for supporting field service to a system that provides the U.S. Army fully integrated, timely and actionable battlefield intelligence. This system establishes the core framework for a worldwide, distributed, network-centric, system-of systems architecture that conducts collaborative intelligence operations and uses multisource intelligence products to aid real-time battle command. Candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to the following: . Responsible for sustaining system workstations. . Performs software installations and upgrades and IAVA patching. . Coordinates with MI BDE for scheduling installations and upgrades. . Ensures workstation data integrity. . Promotes standard operating procedures. . Conducts routine audits of workstations to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and configuration guidelines. . Develops and maintains a comprehensive operating system configuration database/library of all supporting documentation.
