Position Description:

 
Participate as a core member and as a program manager for the development of Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) products ranging from Capabilities Based Assessments (CBA), DOTMLPF Change Recommendations (DCR), Initial Capabilities Documents (ICD) and Capability Development and Production Documents (CDD & CPD).  Apply UAS or Vertical lift operational and acquisition background to requirements analysis and development.  Develop and brief presentations, write papers and documents to codify of results of JCIDS analysis and documents to decision makers. Facilitate large workshops (>20 people) to achieve user buy-in.  Interface with customer and maintain good working relations.  Conduct business development meetings with potential clients to determine problem areas that can be solved by the firm.  Coordinate, collaborate and cooperate with fellow consultants/managers in the furthering of corporate goals.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • UAS/Vertical Lift Operational warfighting experience, 3-5 years
  • Pentagon, Joint or Other Service Staff, 3 years experience
  • Experience with the JCIDS process
  • Experience and ability to conduct business development activities

Additional Qualifications:

  • Operational Tactics and employment of UAS/vertical lift systems
  • Above average abilities in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • BA, BS
  • Operational analysis degree
  • Acquisition Professional

Security Clearance Requirements: SECRET

Service and Rank Requirements: USMC/Navy, Army, Air Force, Coast Guard / O4-O5
