Description:<span class=TEXT id="Specific Responsibilities:"><STRONG>SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:<br></STRONG>The selected candidate will participate in the SPALT System Integrated Team development activities coordinating SSI alteration planning and coordination across all sites. The individual will provide technical leadership and guidance to the multi contractor SSI Increment 1 Integrated Team. The selected candidate will provide SWS system expertise to the GDAIS SPALT/FCO Installation. The individual is responsible for ensuring the planning and coordination is implemented in accordance with SP23 process. During alteration deployments the individual will provide technical direction to Tiger Teams to ensure problems are recognized and expeditiously resolved. This individual must work closely with, Technical Management, Program Management, SSP branches, associate contractors, Shipyard and other military command structures located on site, and GDAIS headquarters technical support engineers to develop optimum solutions that impact the support of GDAIS fielded products. <br><br>Additionally this task includes participation in budget planning and execution, process guidance, and supporting activities associated with performance goals.<br><br><STRONG>Responsibilities: <br></STRONG>? Ensure rapid and complete response to problems relating to SSI Increment alterations. Proactively identify, evaluate and resolve potential problem areas. <br>? The individual is responsible for providing technical leadership on Strategic Systems Programs Office, SP23 branch systems and equipments associated with the FBM programs.<br>? Assist in planning, scheduling, and performance of tasks associated with equipment removal, installation, modification, test, operation and maintenance.<br>? Represent GDAIS on projects, special investigations, etc., in conjunction with SP 23, associate contractors, and other government organizations.<br><br><STRONG>BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:</STRONG><br><span class=TEXT id="Basic Qualifications">A Masters degree in a related discipline with 0 years of experience or Bachelors degree in a related discipline with a minimum of 2 years directly related experience. Equivalent years of directly related experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirements.<br><br>Must possess 2 years of experience in SSBN SWS Programs.<br><br>Applicants selected must be eligible for access to U.S. Government classified information, and must obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance and/or special access.<br><br>Due to the nature of work performed in our facility, U.S. Citizenship is required.<br><br><STRONG>REQUIRED CLEARANCE:</STRONG> Secret</span></span>
