As Senior System Engineer you will be responsible for:
- Analyzing customer and marketing requirements.
- Preparing requirements specifications and guiding allocation.
- Performing top-level system designs and trade-off studies.
- Modeling and analysis of performance requirements & solutions.
- Providing technical and cost inputs for proposals and marketing initiatives.
- Coordinating flight test planning for airborne reconnaissance systems.
With support from engineering specialists, you will:
- Perform timing and sizing analyses for software, firmware and hardware system components for advanced signal processing applications.
- Write system descriptions in whitepapers and proposal technical volumes.
- Generate briefing materials to describe current and proposed products.
The selected candidate will interface with customers, other contractors and internal support groups to successfully meet the goals of the project and the company.
You will report to the Argon ST/Radix Manager of System Engineering.

| Basic Requirements: |
- US citizenship is required for purposes of obtaining/maintaining a US government security clearance. A TS-SCI clearance is required for this position.
- BS in Engineering required. MSEE preferred.
- Minimum 8 years experience in System Engineering in COMINT, GPS, or ELINT systems; Reconnaissance background preferred.
- Experience with full systems engineering lifecycle (from proposal development to system delivery).

| Other Requirements: |
- Experience with airborne reconnaissance systems is preferred.
- Familiarity with Digital Signal Processing technology, tools, and techniques as well as RF tuner/receiver technology and link performance analysis.
- Knowledge of COMINT signal processing applications, geolocation techniques, and precise GPS timing implementation.
- Experience with modeling tools such as MatLab, Mathematica, or MathCad.
- Experience with software tools (MSProject, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and system requirements management tools (RequisitePro, etc.) is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with CMMI process control procedures is a plus.
