Education: B.S. or B.A. Degree Experience/Minimum Training Requirements: Position requires a minimum of twenty (20) years Army experience in force development/force management related military duites or providing professional force development related management/engineering services, twelve (12) of which must be direct DAHQ Staff experience, and a bachelor’s degree in a technical, scientific, business, or other related field. At least eight (8) years experience in a supervisory position. Duties: Serves as a project manager for a large, complex Army force development/force development task order (TO) or a group of related individual task orders (TO). Demonstrates proven skills in those technical areas addressed by the Tos to be manages. Works with the Government Contracting officer (CO), the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), and the individual Technical task Representatives (TTR) to ensure all TO-deliverables are met on schedule and within costs. Organize, direct, and coordinate the planning and production of all contract activities. Horizontally integrate the planning and implementation of multiple task orders when necessary. Demonstrates excellent written and oral communication skills. Provides daily supervision to contractor staff as part of project management functions.
