Job Title: Trident II Senior Missile/Elex Tech

Are you interested in working as part of a fast-paced dynamic engineering team? BAE Systems is looking for a full-time Engineering Technologist that has operation and maintenance experience on the SSBN or SSGN Strategic/Attack Weapons Systems. We are looking for qualified Missile Technicians or Electronic Technicians (NPEST) to support our role as a Systems Contractor. The eligible candidate will be working and interfacing with numerous engineering teams supporting the Strategic Systems Programs. BAE Systems is an international leader in developing and delivering advanced aerospace and defense systems for military and commercial customers in the U.S. and around the world. This position is located in Silver Spring, MD. but will relocate to Rockville,MD in a few months.

Must have
-High School graduation with a minimum of eleven (11) years related TRIDENT Strategic Weapon System and/or Attack Weapon System experience
-Eligible for DoD Secret security clearance
-Served on SSBN and/or SSGN submarine platforms with comprehensive weapon system knowledge
-Qualified senior watch stations (Fire Control Supervisor, Launcher Supervisor, Chief of the Watch, Diving Officer, Officer of the Deck)
-Ability and willingness to travel
-Excellent presentation (oral and written) skills
-Exhibited the ability to work independently and in team environments
