Job Title: Program Manager

<span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: Times New Roman;">Program manager responsible for development, production and support efforts of various Argon ST Radix programs. Radix programs will generally fall into the COMINT and SIGINT areas, with studies in other areas involving RF design and signal processing. </span><br><br><span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: Times New Roman;">Responsible for cost, schedule and technical performance of existing and future contract efforts with commercial and Government units. Manages and leads diverse technical and support personnel, resulting in successful project execution. Additionally responsible for generating cost and technical proposals in response to customer requirements. </span><br><br><span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: Times New Roman;">The PM therefore has ownership for creating and managing the program schedule. </span><br><span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: Times New Roman;">The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in cost control and measurement (Earned Value Management), risk management, process management, requirements management and positive customer relationships for hardware and software development programs.</span><br><br><span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: Times New Roman;">Excellence in written and oral communications, team leadership and support of process improvement is expected.</span><br><br><span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: Times New Roman;">Ability to perform program cost analyses, to anticipate cost problems mitigate them, while keeping management informed is essential.</span><br><br><br><table style="font-family: yui-tmp;" width="100%" border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="2"><tbody><tr><td class="iCIMS_InfoField iCIMS_InfoField_Job"><strong>Basic Qualifications</strong>:</td> </tr> <tr> <td class="iCIMS_InfoMsg iCIMS_InfoMsg_Job"><ul><li><div style="margin: 0px;"><p style="margin: 0px;">US Citizenship is required for purposes of obtaining/maintaining a US government security clearance.&nbsp; A current TS/SCI clearance&nbsp;is required for this position.</p></div></li><li><div style="margin: 0px;">Bachelors degree or minimum 5 years military experience.</div></li></ul><p style="margin: 0px;">&nbsp;</p></td> </tr> <tr> <td class="iCIMS_InfoField iCIMS_InfoField_Job"><strong>Other Requirements</strong>:</td> </tr> <tr> <td class="iCIMS_InfoMsg iCIMS_InfoMsg_Job"><ul><li><div style="margin: 0px;">Minimum 10 years program management or systems engineering experience with Earned Value Management responsibility preferred.</div></li></ul></td></tr></tbody></table><br>
