Position Requirements/Criteria: <span style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: 'Times New Roman','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA">Knowledge of combat arms and the military planning process.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp; </span>Knowledge of all source intelligence analysis. Command and General Staff College or other advanced Military Schools. A strong working knowledge of the complete Microsoft Suite programs. Active TS/SCI Clearance.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp; </span>Individual with a bachelor's degree and at least 10 years experience in Special Operations and Exercise Planning career field.<br><br>Position Description: <span style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: 'Times New Roman','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA">Provide subject matter expertise, as related to exercise planning support in the areas of SOF intelligence, ground and air operations, joint staff operations, joint, and inter-agency / multinational coordination, in exercise planning IAW Joint Staff processes.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp; </span>Write exercise scripts for JCS Exercises in conjunction with SOCEUR input. Provide support to the Exercise JECG Director for planning and coordination prior to and during the exercise.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp; </span>Provide advice and or recommendations to JECG, the JSOTF-TS Commander (CDR) and the J3, as required.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp; </span>Attend meetings, technical script reviews, designated Video Tele-Conferences (VTC), and After Action Report (AAR) meetings.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp; </span>Participate in the Final Planning Conference (FPC) prior to the exercise and all designated pre exercise conferences, meetings, or VTCs.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp; </span>Provide analytical support as it relates to exercise planning &amp; preparation related to scenario scripting of the intelligence support element of a CPX.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp; </span>Perform required services (ensure proper script management and exercise control) as part of the Exercise Joint Exercise Control Group (JECG) for the duration of the deployment of the Joint Special Operations Task Force- Trans Sahara (JSOTF-TS).<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp; </span>Develop detailed message traffic from higher/adjacent/subordinate headquarters, US Embassies, Other US Agencies, and participating or affected National governments within the Area of Interest that will ensure a realistic, challenging and fluid exercise.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp; </span>Provide crisis action planning support during execution of and design of exercises.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp; </span>Coordinate with staff agencies and analytical elements within and outside the USEUCOM AOR to include staffs at EUCOM, component level, regional, functional and other agency teams, national agency offices, COCOMS and service component organizations.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp; </span>Support and attend reviews, working groups, technical exchange meetings, and briefings.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp; </span>Support the preparation of briefing materials, in MS PowerPoint softcopy file format.<br><br>Feel free to send resume&nbsp;<A href="mailto:karlos.hudson@l-3com.com">karlos.hudson@l-3com.com</A> and apply for position&nbsp;6982 as well at <A href="http://www.mpri.com/"><font color=#810081>www.mpri.com</font></A>&nbsp;.&nbsp;</span></span>
