Job Title: Senior UNIX Administrator/GCCS Administrator

<P>Responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining Solaris 8 through Solaris 10 operating system servers and workstations, including Weblogic servers, in support of business processing requirements.<br>&nbsp;<br>Possess GCCS 4.x knowledge of information system applications to ensure that the appropriate controls, information assurance parameters exist, and that system procedures are in compliance with corporate standards.</P> <P>Perform operating system cluster patch updates and GCCS segment installations and upgrades</P> <P>Conduct routine hardware and software audits of workstation and servers to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and configuration guidelines.&nbsp; Document updates in GCCS Standard Operating Procedures.</P> <P>REQUIREMENTS:</P> <P>A current high level government security clearance<br>5 years of related experience.&nbsp;&nbsp; <br>Desired Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering (or related discipline).</P> <P>Desirable Skillset: <br>•&nbsp;Ensure workstation/server data integrity by evaluating, implementing, and managing appropriate software and hardware solutions.&nbsp; <br>•&nbsp;Knowledge of building Windows XP client workstations using Norton Ghost software and installation and configuration of Java software incompliance with GCCS standards.<br>•&nbsp;Knowledge and exposure to currently deployed US Navy systems.</P> <P><br>Fulcrum IT is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action Employer.
