Description:

Performs design, installation, troubleshooting and support of local and wide area network hardware, software and applications. Install and configure WAN and LAN hardware. Oversees development and implementation of system specifications, designs, integration, testing and documentation. Develops risk management & mitigation strategy. Ensures compliance with QA standards.  Trouble shooting system problems from end-to-end through satellite, ATM, and other communications systems to remote ground terminals or sites. Talk distant-end operators through CISCO Router commands and configurations.
Shift work schedule will be 12 hour shifts, 3 days on, followed by 2 days off followed by 2 days on followed by 3 days off.

Requirements:
A current, active high level clearance
8 years of telecommunications design and management experience, particularly with complex applications involving all phases of telecommunications network design, implementation and analysis. CCNA preferred.  CISCO Call Manager and VoIP experienced highly desired
