Job Title: Sr. Program Manager

<P>The senior program manager will oversee people, manage budgets, serve as Fulcrum IT’s high-level representative to customers in the Norfolk/Hampton Roads area, and provide vision for projects.&nbsp; Responsibilities include:<br>•&nbsp;Coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs<br>•&nbsp;Aids in the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes and coordinates preparations of proposals, plans, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts<br>•&nbsp;Possesses proven track record developing new business and expanding work in the Norfolk/Hampton Roads area.&nbsp; Performs business development to grow existing work and seek out new opportunities for the company to prime or subcontract IT related procurements.&nbsp; Seeks and executes new teaming or partnering agreements.&nbsp; Performs sales calls to introduce the company’s capabilities to new customers.<br>•&nbsp;Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules, develops solutions to program problems, and directs work of incumbents assigned to the program from various sources: Fulcrum IT, subcontractors, etc.<br>•&nbsp;Ensures project deliverables are delivered on time and within budget<br>•&nbsp;Ensures customer satisfaction<br>•&nbsp;Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget<br>•&nbsp;Acts as advisor to program team regarding projects, tasks and operations<br>•&nbsp;Possesses a good understanding of software development life cycle methodologies, information assurance, asset management and testing<br>•&nbsp;Participates in Company Staff Meetings, Program Reviews, New Business Reviews, and Strategic Planning<br>•&nbsp;Supports Fulcrum IT’s ISO 9001:2008 effort</P> <P>Requirements:<br>A current minimum Secret clearance</P> <P>•&nbsp;Knowledge of the Navy/NAVSEA environment.<br>•&nbsp;Knowledge of the NASA or Air Force experience a plus<br>•&nbsp;Understanding of the military environment in the Norfolk/Hampton Roads area<br>•&nbsp;Willing to work direct labor, manage personnel, and develop new business</P> <P>Qualifications: </P> <P>•&nbsp;Bachelor’s degree with 10 to 12 years of project management experience<br>•&nbsp;Master’s degree with 8 to 10 years of project management experience<br>•&nbsp;Excellent written and verbal communication skills<br>•&nbsp;Good diplomacy skills with customers, partner companies, and employees<br>•&nbsp;PMP certification desired</P> <P>Fulcrum IT is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action Employer.
