Position Requirements/Criteria: The candidate must have In-depth information systems/knowledge management skills, knowledge of web-based portal collaboration, the Microsoft office suite, and working knowledge of military counterterrorism planning and operations.   Ability to organize, integrate, optimize, and distribute (disseminate/post) pre- and post-collaboration information products on extremely complex counterterrorism military planning and operations.    Must be knowledgeable in legislative, regulatory, and security policy guidance to ensure information security across multiple domains.  Familiarity with the Operational and Intelligence Community products and issues regarding transnational terrorism. The candidate must posses knowledge of, and skill in, applying advanced terrorism planning concepts, principles, practices, laws, regulations, methods and techniques.  Candidate must be available for shift work, extended hours, and travel is required for this position.  Degree Requirements: Individual must possess a bachelor's degree and extensive web development and database administration experience.  Possess an active U.S. Top Secret / SCI security clearance.

 

Position Description: Serves as a senior counterterrorism targeting information manager with responsibility for managing staff information products and collaboration activities that support complex staff analytic operations and crisis/contingency operational planning related to countering violent extremism (terrorism) for a geographic combatant command area of responsibility.   Provides continuity of information regarding counterterrorism team planning and operations as well as collaboration venues (periodicity, purpose, issues, tasks, etc.) regarding them within the geographic combatant command and adjacent theaters of operation.  The candidate will participate on counterterrorism planning teams in order to optimize the dissemination of information for collaboration by the headquarters with components, other US government departments and agencies as required.  Position Location:  Stuttgart, Germany
