Description:Position Requirements/Criteria: The candidate must have In-depth information systems/knowledge management skills, knowledge of web-based portal collaboration, the Microsoft office suite, and working knowledge of military counterterrorism planning and operations. Ability to organize, integrate, optimize, and distribute (disseminate/post) pre- and post-collaboration information products on extremely complex counterterrorism military planning and operations. Must be knowledgeable in legislative, regulatory, and security policy guidance to ensure information security across multiple domains. Familiarity with the Operational and Intelligence Community products and issues regarding transnational terrorism. The candidate must posses knowledge of, and skill in, applying advanced terrorism planning concepts, principles, practices, laws, regulations, methods and techniques. Candidate must be available for shift work, extended hours, and travel is required for this position. Degree Requirements: Individual must possess a bachelor's degree and extensive web development and database administration experience. Possess an active U.S. Top Secret / SCI security clearance.
