Responsible for program design, modeling, simulation, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation. Responsible for applications dealing with the overall operating system, such as sophisticated file maintenance routines, large telecommunications/ communications networks, computer accounting and advanced mathematical/scientific software packages. Instructs, directs, and checks the work of other task personnel.
