Specific CSSAS experience working with SARSS-1, SAMS-1/2/E, ULLS-A/E/S4/G, PBUSE, SAAS-MOD, and/or AMS.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp; </span>Instructor experience with any of the aforementioned systems is highly desired.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp; </span>Experience with CSS-VSAT, CAISI, TAMMIS, and/or<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp; </span>MC4 is a plus. <br><br>Position Description:&nbsp; <span style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: 'Times New Roman', 'serif'; mso-no-proof: yes">Primary Functions:<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>Provide Standard Army Management Information Systems (STAMIS) functional and technical support,<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp; </span>and formal/informal training for STAMIS operators.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp; </span>Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve STAMIS problems and configuring the STAMIS to PM-LIS specifications.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p></span></span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: Times New Roman"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: 'Times New Roman', 'serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA; mso-no-proof: yes">Test STAMIS processes (queries, reports, print functionality, and import/export functionality, etc.) and ensure the system is fully mission-capable.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp; </span>Create help desk tickets in the trouble reporting system. Assist customers in evacuating unserviceable equipment to the FRA for hardware support.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp; </span>Maintain a software library.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp; </span>Modify, update and maintain programs of instruction.
