They evaluate the costs of conducting operations, identify cost efficiencies and properly allocate resources. They review and address current trends to advise on expected outcomes. They develop, coordinate and maintain an integrated system of financial services and are responsible for accounting, program and budget formulation, cost analysis, and financial management administration.
