They evaluate the costs of conducting operations, identify cost efficiencies and properly allocate resources. They review and address current trends to advise on expected outcomes. They develop, coordinate and maintain an integrated system of financial services and are responsible for accounting, program and budget formulation, cost analysis, and financial management administration. Financial Services Specialists also conduct systematic examinations and appraisals of financial records and management controls and provide financial management advice as needed.<br><O:P></O:P></span></span></font></P>

Additional requirements include excellent analytical skills in preparing quantitative data for decision making, and exceptional communication skills.
