The primary responsibility of this position will be to implement and enforce all company procedures, policies and applicable laws. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to, reviewing and analyzing financial and business reports such as sales results, inventory levels, inventory taking, payroll, and customer counts; ensuring risk control standards are met; ensuring cleanliness and safety of displays; and analyzing daily and monthly P&L and journal entries to ensure expense controls.
Qualified candidates must have at least 5 years of big box retail experience, with two years of retail management experience and two years of supervisory experience. Four or more years’ experience supervising 20 or more Associates, to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring and firing, is preferred.
