Description:


Assist the customer by managing production requirements including content, analysis, presentation, and follow up with requestor; participates in and directs production, indications and warnings analysis, collection management, targeting, imagery, network analysis, moving target indications backtracking, counterintelligence, counter-terrorism, information operations, foreign disclosure, international engagements and threat analysis; satisfaction of explicit and implied requirements; and conforms all products to organizational, community, and regulatory standards.  Manages the training, incorporation, and utilization of advanced technology capabilities and novel analytical approaches to satisfying requirements.  Seeks to apply knowledge of the improvised explosive device (IED) problem to guide further development of intelligence analytical capabilities to respond to current and prepare for emerging threats. Maintains and increases organizational knowledge of analytic methodologies, best practices, and common procedures for community activities. Maintains liaison within the intelligence community and develops, through team functions, analyst to analyst communications with operational and tactical consumers of intelligence. Incorporates all analytic strengths presented by participating agencies, organizational activities, and available technology into the team's capabilities.  Supervises, directs, and manages assigned analysts ensuring contractual stipulations are met and develops and tasks persons according to personal capabilities and developing- or predetermined-policies and standards.


 


Experience Required:


Military intelligence training and 8+ yrs scientific and technical intelligence analysis experience and knowledge of computer analytical software. 


 


Security Clearance Requirements:  Active TOP SECRET/SCI.


 


Education & Training: Bachelor's Degree in a technical field.


 


Special Skills/Knowledge: Familiarity with DOORS and understanding of JCIDS process.
