Description:Experience in the management of the Army Aviation Aircrew Training Program (ATP) to include standardization experience at the company, battalion or Army level. Knowledge of the Individual Aircrew Training Folder (IATF) and management process to include familiarization with the Individual Flight Records Folder (IFRF), the ability to interpret Army Regulations and policies for aviation personnel training as well as the integration requirements for IATF/IFRF management. Support technical writing for the construction of use cases to describe the requirements the software will provide. Experience Required: 10+ Years Security Clearance Requirements: Secret Education & Training: BS Special Skills/Knowledge: Standardization Pilot/Flight Examiner Performed duties as a Battalion or higher Standardization Instructor Pilot. Have at least 10 years of Army aviation standardization experience. Knowledgeable of the ATP implementation for both rated and non rated crewmembers. Demonstrated performance in the management of the ATP. Assigned as and performed duties as an instructor for an aircraft Program of Instruction, very beneficial.
