Job Title: ORSA Analyst

Description:Conduct analyses in support of operations, across staff elements and forces employed. Conduct analyses to support the decision making process across all elements of the staff. Conduct assessments to determine effectiveness of C-IED operations and the application of C-IED capabilities. Develop, administer and analyze surveys that gather commander and staff ideas and insights on the C-IED fight. Identify, develop, and analyze measures and metrics to gauge progress in the C-IED fight. Support course of action analyses and operations planning in the application of capabilities to defeat IEDs. Experience Required: 10-20 years demonstrated experience in increasingly responsible positions in one or more military, academic or defense industry functional areas. Security Clearance Requirements: Active current TS/SCI Education & Training: Master's degree in an operations research related discipline or completion of an equivalent course to US Army's ORSA Military Applications Course with 8+ years related intelligence/research experience.
