Description:


Serve on a large team providing cross-functional support to Department of Homeland Security, US Secret Service systems acquisition programs.   Specific duties include:  developing and executing program strategies and action plans; drafting and reviewing acquisition program documents; conducting analyses, supporting program budget development and documentation, and drafting issue whitepapers; and organizing, training and supporting program personnel. 


 


Experience Required:


Acquisition Professional with 1-2 tours in acquisition billets;  Participate in development, coordination, and execution of program milestones; Experience participating on an Integrated Product Team or equivalent; At least 5 years related acquisition experience required; Ability to work effectively both independently and a part of a collaborative team; 


 


Security Clearance Requirements: Secret


 


Education & Training: BS  


 


Special Skills/Knowledge: Clear understanding of DHS acquisition polices and/or DoD 5000 and the application to program execution; Program Management Certified (PMP or DAWIA/DHS Level II in Program Management); Excellent communications skills, both written and verbally, required.
