Description:


Assist the customer by performing analyses and studies in Joint Experimentation-relevant operational concepts.  Assists in the development of Concept White Papers.  Provides research analysis for data, information and efforts related to assigned concept development.  Assists in the creation of Adversary and Vulnerability assessments.  Provides technical assistance to innovation and transformation in the development and execution of all related workshops, wargames and seminars.


 


Experience Required:


Must possess working knowledge and experience in defining requirements for the DoD’s Doctrine, Organizational, Training, Material, Leadership, Personnel and Facilities (DOTMLP) process. Must meet at least two of the following:


· Demonstrated ability to evaluate and anticipate future trends/technologies;


· Extensive knowledge of related/associated repositories of operational, current and future military operations information and sources of same;


· Demonstrated skill and experience in requirements analysis, developing alternative recommendations, concept formulation, planning, executing and evaluating technical conferences, workshops, seminars;


· Demonstrated ability to professionally interface, produce documentation for, provide presentations and speak with authority to senior military and other DOD personnel and organizations;


· Professional actual experience interfacing with and defining Joint military requirements;


· Knowledge and experience in the military experimentation area of operations;


· Demonstrable knowledge and skill in defining and explaining Future requirements for military operations.


 


Security Clearance Requirements: Secret


 


Education & Training: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or University in mathematics or a business related field.  A minimum of 10 years warfighting operational experience
