Description:

Provide planning, programming, budgeting recommendations, identify capability gaps, and provide research, development, acquisition, and training priorities to Operational Agent (OA). Provide POM/PR issue development and requirements identification and validation support for the OA. Review Joint requirements documents to ensure Navy equities are accounted for. Provide planning, programming, budgeting recommendations, identify capability gaps, and provide research, development, acquisition, and training priorities to OA. Provide programmatic recommendations on IAMD related Strike and sea basing requirements to COMSECONDFLT via COMTHIRDFLT.


 


Experience Required: 


Must have experience in U.S. Navy Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) system methodology, policies, processes and procedures.  Experience in Program Objective Memorandum (POM) and Program Review (PR), methodology, policies, processes and procedures required.  Must have experience in the Requirements Generation Process.  Experience using Intelligent Workbook (IW) required. Experience Subject matter expertise in U.S. Navy surface ship and Strike Group operations, policies and procedures.  Experience with Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) and AEGIS Ballistic Missile Defense (ABMD) strongly desired.


 


Security Clearance Requirements: TS/SCI


 


Education & Training:  Associates Degree in a related discipline or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience related in the intelligence arena.
