Description:Support DOD Global ISR Integration by providing DOD Global ISR Support Plan Development. Assist DOD, Combat Support Agencies, COCOMs, and STRATCOM entities in establishing criteria with in Intelligence, Operational, or Conceptual Plans for the optimal employment of DOD ISR resources (e.g. sensors and associated Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) procedure). Support development of comprehensive list of relevant databases and establish a plan to access those databases. Support identification and integration of communication architectures and accesses needed to allow visibility into the tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (TCPED) process by combatant commanders, DOD agencies, and other appropriate mission partners. Support planning and integration activities related to DOD Global ISR management. Support to assist with preparation and delivery of products to support USSTRATCOM’s responsibilities within the Planning; Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process for ISR related initiatives, documentation, and legislation. Experience Required: 4 + years experience in the technical field of concern or a related field. Military experience is highly desired. Joint or US combatant command headquarters intelligence and/or ISR action officer experience. Subject matter expertise to thoroughly assess, work, coordinate and staff ISR operational issues both in/out of the HQ and Component. Must have experience with the production of Global ISR documents, briefings and findings. Experience in Communication and Coordination efforts. Must have a working knowledge of the intelligence cycle and how it relates to DOD collection operations, platforms and sensors. Must have a general understanding of JFCC-ISR and USSTRATCOM missions. Must possess strong writing and oral communication skills to justify and or articulate a variety of requirements and procedures, convey taskings, and exchange information.
