Position Responsibilities: |
- Will serve as the Senior SharePoint Developer and Project Team Lead for the IMC SharePoint Practice
- Will develop multiple advanced custom solutions for Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 (MOSS) and Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 (WSS)
- Advance knowledge, with skill and ability using the SharePoint Object Model, .NET Framework, C#.NET, VB.NET, ADO.NET, ASP.NET, XML, XSLT, JavaScript, T-SQL, Visual Studio, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Project, to develop workflows, web features, web parts, web services, Business Data Catalog definitions, custom site definitions, advanced customizations and complete custom solutions for MOSS and WSS
- Will perform tasks as a project team lead to include customer relationship management, project management, test management, configuration management, documentation management, and training management
- Develop, employ and manage CMMI Level 3 Waterfall and Agile SDLC processes
- Supervise, mentor, and recruit junior and mid level SharePoint developers
- Plan, assist and participate with business development efforts for the NISC SharePoint Practice

Position Qualifications: |
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical discipline
- 4+ years experience using the the SharePoint Object Model, .NET Framework, C#.NET, VB.NET, ADO.NET, ASP.NET, XML, XSLT, JavaScript, and T-SQL
- 2+ years experience using Microsoft Office Sharepoint Server 2007 (MOSS) and Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 (WSS)
- 2+ years experience developing features, web parts, workflows, web services, Business Data Catalog definitions, advanced customizations and complete custom solutions for MOSS and WSS
- 5+ years experience performing as a project team lead tasks
- 5+ years experience developing, employing and managing CMMI Level Waterfall and Agile SDLC processes
- SharePoint 2007 or Windows SharePoint Services Development certification
- Master's degree in computer science or related technical discipline.
- Experience with CorasWorks design, development and deployment
- Experience with Infonics deployment
- Experience with DOD 5015.2 Records Management Add-On for SharePoint
- 2007 or WSS Configuration Certification
- On-call requirements and some extended hours may be required
