<P style="LINE-HEIGHT: normal; MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; mso-layout-grid-align: none" class=MsoNormal><font size=2><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;"><span style="COLOR: black">Provide Information Management in support of USFOR-A civil military operations (CMO) and activities at New Kabul Compound and other Forward Operating Bases (FOBs).&nbsp; Responsible for the day-to-day management of USFOR-A CERP Information Management.&nbsp; This includes entering into and managing reports in the Combined Information Data Network Exchange (CIDNE) system, coordinating meetings and briefings, and managing IM projects.&nbsp; The responsibilities include limited liaison with the interagency and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan (GIRoA).&nbsp; Must be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.&nbsp; Expected to work side by side with Government personnel working approximately 12 hours per day totaling a 72 hour/ 6 day work week.&nbsp; Be available by phone during non-duty hours and report to their appropriate duty station within one hour of being notified to do so.&nbsp;</span><span style="COLOR: black; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt"><?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p></span></span></font></P> <P style="LINE-HEIGHT: normal; MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; mso-layout-grid-align: none" class=MsoNormal><span style="COLOR: black; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt"><o:p><span size=2 style="font-family: Times New Roman;">&nbsp;</span></o:p></span></P><span style="LINE-HEIGHT: 115%; FONT-FAMILY: 'Times New Roman', 'serif'; COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 10pt; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">Personnel should have some work or internship experience in Information Technology, Information Management, or Geographic Information Systems or a training equivalent.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp; </span>Personnel should have College degree (4-year degree or higher) in Information Technology, Information Management, or Geographic Information Systems.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp; </span>Personnel should have operational and technical experience with ESRI ArcGIS and/or Google Earth (ESRI ArcGIS is preferred).<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp; </span>Personnel should have strong interpersonal, writing and speaking skills.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>Personnel should be proficient with Microsoft Office Software (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, and Access) to maintain data and to create reports and briefings.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp; </span>Personnel should have operational and technical experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) or other equivalent web-based databases.</span></span>
